What the review checks

Reviews from Irish businesses, pulled from Radium's Google Business Profile.
IT rarely fails all at once. It degrades, one unanswered ticket at a time, until the business is running on assumptions nobody has tested.
Most Irish firms that call Radium are not looking for new technology. They want to know what is actually broken, who owns it, and what it will take to fix. That is true whether the office is in Dublin, Cork or Galway.
Nobody is watching the systems, so the first alert is a person who cannot work. Radium monitors servers, endpoints and networks continuously, and every request is prioritised by severity against an agreed response target rather than whoever shouts loudest.
Licences, leavers, mailbox access and permissions drift when no one is accountable for them, and the bill grows without a reason anyone can explain. Radium administers the tenancy properly, so joiners, leavers and licence counts are handled and visible.
Most firms discover their recovery plan does not work on the day they need it. Radium manages backups as a monitored service, tests restores, and writes down what recovery actually looks like for your systems before anything goes wrong.
Without a written scope there is no way to tell a fair charge from an avoidable one. Supported systems, response targets, exclusions, after-hours cover and chargeable work are all agreed in a services schedule before your service starts.
One page listing every issue we find in your environment, ranked by priority, with effort and the next action beside each item.
Written in plain English so a director or an FD can read it without translation. Remote review, so it works the same for a Dublin office or a site in Limerick.
| Priority | Finding | Effort | Next action |
|---|---|---|---|
| P1 | Restore testing has not been evidenced in the last review cycle | 1 day | Test and document recovery |
| P1 | Endpoint protection coverage needs to be reconciled against active devices | 2 days | Close protection gaps |
| P2 | Microsoft 365 MFA and privileged access should be reviewed | Half day | Harden identity controls |
| P2 | Firewall firmware, rules and remote access need a scheduled check | Half day | Review perimeter |
| P3 | Ageing Windows devices should be phased into a refresh plan | Phased | Plan replacements |
One team and one written scope, instead of four suppliers and a shrug.

It is priced per user and per site, and depends on how many devices, servers and Microsoft 365 licences you run. The review gives you a real number for your setup rather than a range that means nothing.
No. The review is free and the list is yours either way. Some firms use it to have a better conversation with the provider they already have.
Managed support runs on a written services schedule with an agreed term. Supported systems, response targets, exclusions and after-hours cover are all set out before you sign.
That is a co-managed setup and it is common. Radium takes the monitoring, escalation, security and project load, and your internal person keeps the relationships and the day-to-day.
Requests are prioritised by severity during support hours, 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. Your response targets are written into your services schedule. After-hours cover can be added.
Yes. Radium operates from Dublin and supports organisations across Ireland. Day-to-day helpdesk, Microsoft 365, monitoring and security work is remote, so response times do not change with distance. On-site visits are arranged inside your agreed scope, and are most frequent across Dublin and Leinster. If you are in Cork, Limerick, Galway or Waterford, say so on the review call and we will be straight about what on-site cover is realistic.
Thirty minutes on your setup, team size and current problems. No presentation, no pitch deck. You will be asked for read access to check devices, Microsoft 365 and backups before the list is written. We will tell you on that call how long the review will take for an environment your size.
A thirty minute call, a proper look at your environment, and a written list of what needs fixing, in order.
